This poetry curriculum centers intersectional feminism, identity, resistance, and voice through culturally responsive literary study. Students analyze poetry, explore the lived experiences of women and girls of color, and create original written responses rooted in self-definition and social awareness. Designed for ELA, ethnic studies, women’s history, poetry units, and identity-centered classrooms.
